Kate Odulukwe is a Nigerian-American television, film and stage actor as well as a singer/songwriter. After high school, her passion for performing took her to Philadelphia to study at the University of Pennsylvania.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Penn with a minor in Theatre Arts, Kate was accepted into the prestigious SpringboardNYC program by the American Theatre Wing, founder of the Tony® Awards. There she learned more about the industry and took master classes with Tony Nominees and industry professionals, while also attending the 2016 Tony Awards. She has since received additional training at Stella Adler Studio, T. Schreiber Studio and has completed an Acting Apprenticeship at Williamstown Theatre Festival.

Kate continues to be an ambassador for the American Theatre Wing. Additionally, she has performed in new media, award-winning plays, theatre festivals and independent shorts. For instance, Kate has a recurring guest star role in the Prime Video series: Sit Black & Relax. Furthermore, her debut EP Melanin and Melancholy was released in 2018.
